I am responsible for managing large website projects from concept gathering to go-live; ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget and to an exceptional standard. Pixl8 specialises in the membership sector but also have a wide variety of clients that use Preside CMS, CRM and eventfolio products. I have confidently provided extensive training for each of these products and worked directly with the product team to build new features/enhancements.

I successfully managed digital projects for Cheil’s principal client, Samsung, and supervised a production team comprising of UX, designers, developers and QA. I used an Agile (Scrum) development approach, implemented best industry practises and utilised JIRA, Confluence and scheduling through Harvest Forecast. 

I worked closely with Account teams and clients to ensure projects were delivered efficiently and to specification. My most notable projects at Cheil were: 

• Note8 Samsung.com launch (MMP/personalisation/A/B testing) 

• Black Friday online sale (updates across Samsung.com)

• European Holiday campaign (toolkit/microsite)

My career at this boutique digital agency developed greatly. I worked in a fast paced environment on a number of digital projects and employed my extensive skill set to help the agency quickly expand. This enabled me to show my full potential and make a natural transition to senior management after only a year at the agency. I reported directly to the Managing Partners and provided leadership, management and, where possible, development of work opportunities. Projects were developed using WordPress. I was solely responsible for leading digital projects and assisting on other projects, such as video, email marketing, print and branding. Beyond is firstly a creative agency, focusing on branding and design with the development of smaller sites being completed in-house and larger websites outsourced. My promotion to Digital Project Manager after a year demonstrated my enthusiasm and success within the agency and the digital field. Having the confidence and ability to work in a client-facing role and with internal client services from inception to delivery on projects saw me involved in almost every aspect of agency life. My biggest achievement at Twogether was building and running the Symantec Margin Builder: marginbuilder.com
